Samit Garg is the Managing Director & Co-Founder of E-Factor Experiences Ltd., focused on enhancing India’s tourism and cultural experiences, is also a market leader in large-format events, cultural centres and museums, multimedia shows, eco glamping and sporting events. Over two decades, he has shaped E-Factor into a powerhouse of cultural storytelling, destination branding, and high-impact public events, delivering transformative experiences that bridge commerce, creativity, and community.
A firm believer in Brand India’s global potential, Samit has led landmark projects that showcase India’s creative and tourism strengths, including the India Pavilion at World Expo 2025, Osaka and the first ever Kho Kho World Cup, 2025. His vision extends beyond business—he champions India’s Experience & Creative Economy, fostering intellectual property-driven events, strategic public-private collaborations, and global partnerships that enhance India’s soft power and economic influence.
He is also the President of EEMA (Event & Entertainment Management Association) and a Governing Council member of the Media & Entertainment Skills Council (MESC), shaping industry policies and talent development. Samit is also a Council Member of the World Experience Organization (WXO), an exclusive think tank of 36 global experience curators shaping the future of immersive experiences worldwide. As part of this niche group, he contributes to global discourse on experiential innovation, inclusivity, and audience engagement, ensuring India’s creative ecosystem is recognized on the world stage.
A commerce graduate from Lucknow University (1992) and an MBA from Jaipuria Institute of Management (1996), he further honed his leadership at INSEAD’s ILPSE program (2023–24).
With a sharp focus on innovation and experiential IP creation, Samit continues to drive long-term value for E-Factor and its stakeholders, positioning India as a global leader in experiential tourism and creative prowess.
