Manika Garg – Co-Founder & Whole-Time Director

Manika Garg is a Co-Founder and Whole-Time Director of E Factor Experiences Ltd. Over a career spanning nearly 25 years, she has played an integral role in shaping the company’s journey into a publicly listed experiential enterprise.

Her strength lies in seeing an experience in its entirety – bringing together culture, storytelling, design, stakeholder priorities, audience sensibilities and on-ground realities. Closely involved from the first idea to its final delivery, she works alongside E Factor’s creative and production teams while personally stewarding relationships with key government stakeholders and HNI clients.

Her portfolio spans cultural and tourism initiatives, immersive productions, large-scale public experiences and landmark private celebrations across India and overseas. Notable projects include the India Pavilion at World Expo 2025 Osaka, Eco Retreat Odisha, Shiva Immersive, Babasaheb: The Grand Musical, Deepotsav and Dev Deepawali, alongside significant private celebrations around the world.

Across these diverse event verticals, Manika brings together rigorous research, a nuanced understanding of language and culture, a refined aesthetic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail. Equally at ease with creative development and on-ground management, she remains closely engaged with clients and stakeholders throughout the journey, ensuring that the original intent is carried through thoughtfully from concept to completion.

An alumna of Lady Shri Ram College for Women, where she studied English Literature, Manika subsequently earned her MBA from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. This grounding in language, creativity and management continues to inform her thoughtful, multidimensional approach to creating experiences that are meaningful, memorable and meticulously realised.
